Our aim at ECT is to provide coaches and players of all levels with access to the training resources and facilities normally reserved for the elite representative player. We don’t believe that you have to be an elite level player to access these resources, and reap the rewards that come from following a comprehensive, fully resourced & individually optimised program.

ECT provides an ideal environment for:

1. high intensity, club based training in preparation for the season

2. individualised pre-season preparation programs

3. In-season private practice (with or without coaching)

4. Small group based clinics & programs

5. Off season remedial and targeted skill/conditioning programs
